Some History – We have been general and special contractors since 1976.

RenovateMySpace.com is our primary website. It was started as a common business website.  “Dude, you gotta have a website…” But the website statistics reports showed 75% of our website traffic was from the east coast: – Maine, Vermont, Massachusetts, New York, the Carolina’s, Florida – you guys in the North East spend a lot of money fixing up your “estates!” Lots of folks from the UK too. The hits were in the thousands.  Upshot? People are wearing out Google Search trying to come up with an idea or an actual solution for their remodel crisis of the moment.

The Do-it-Yourself (DIY) audience, it turned out, became our biggest fans. These folks are super nice people, and grateful enough to drop us thank you  emails, so… the Renovate website became more for DIY Home Owners and their contractors and less about us attempting to market ourselves here in SoCAL. Fortunately, we are always busy, so the efforts involved in posting projects remains fun. The RenovateMySpace website is about Detail, and Process, all presented Start-to-Finish using a detailed, story-telling narrative and 100’s and 100’s of good-sized pictures to make everything as clear as possible.

Home-Remodeling-Experts.com caters to SoCAL homeowners looking for a competent whole-house, extreme-makeover crew, or a quality, dependable crew for that new kitchen or bath remodel.

This is a smaller, BLOG style website that allows us to better inform another big DIY group: those facing a Real Estate sale or purchase. Because of our Home and Roof Inspection experience, this is a local niche market we have been involved in for the past 40 years: getting properties inspected, put in order, and ready to market. Our current part in this market is sizing-up the properties for the current market conditions, creating a plan and then doing the actual work that needs to be done so that the property will:

• Show Well,

• Attract Buyers,

• Receive top-dollar Offers,

• Painlessly skate-through the Property-Inspection Process, and

• Preserve the Seller’s Equity – or – if a bit upside-down: minimize their expenses.

Of course, we often end up with new projects. Younger families are often “moving up” in size and home-value, while their parents and grand-parents are down-sizing.

No matter the motivation for sellers to sell, sellers  become buyers. For seller’s, our tasks are to “Fix and Repair at the least cost.”   For buyer’s it changes… As buyers attempt to get comfortable in their new home – they decide to shift walls around, upgrade kitchens and baths all to make their new house a home.
